Rochelle started her cake decorating journey with a cake for her son’s first birthday. From there, her business grew from baking and decorating for family and friends, to working full-time supplying the Newcastle, Central Coast, and Hunter area with her delicious baked treats.

Rochelle bakes all of her products in her commercial kitchen in Belmont North for convenient pickup when ready.

A la Roch headquarters are located in Belmont North, nestled in the beautiful Lake Macquarie, NSW. We offer a free pick up service and can deliver locally to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the Hunter Valley.

I have always had a love for creating from scratch, there is something special about being able to make a dream a reality. When my first son was born he was anaphylactic to egg and dairy. I searched high and low for a cake for his first birthday to no avail. I then decided to make him a special cake, not only did this take hours and hours but it allowed my creative streak to thrive. When it was time to cut the cake friends and family asked who made the cake and shortly after that I was baking and decorating cakes for friends and family. After a couple of years it was time to make this little hobby a business and I took the step to leave my corporate career in marketing to follow my dreams.

I love creating cakes & sweets for my customers, especially when they see what I have created and give amazing feedback on the taste, look and versatility. I look forward to working with you and making your cookie dreams come true.

Our cupcakes can be decorated with our delicious vanilla frosting or customised with edible image fondant discs to match any theme

Cookies

We specialise in custom cookies finished with high-quality edible image prints. Our most popular cookie is 6cm round and can be customised with any image or design from our creative team. Our cookies are packaged in a clear cellophane bag with an ingredients sticker on the back and can be shipped nationwide.
